worse sales person i talked to out of all the
worse sales person i talked to out of all the dealerships. told him i wanted to look at the used EQS, because i some 2023 going for $35K online. he replied with that i would not find one at the low of a price. so we walked to there they used ones were located on the lot. He told me he did not know much about the EQS' because people think they can get it for $35K. i ignored the snide comment and continued to peered through the windows of the EQS. finding it surprising that he did not offer to unlock any of the 4 or 5 cars they had there, so i could better evaluate the interior. after looking in the widows of 4 or 5 cars, i got tired of his rudeness and just left without saying a word to him. called back to try and talk to the used car manager to give him my review of his salesman. left my name and number for him to call me back when he had time. two hours later and no call back. i can understand now this treatment might be the normal. i will stop having my cars served there now and just drive a few more minutes to Mercedes of Boerne where they treat people like people.

Worst experience that I ever had buying a car, first thing is that the salesman that I had named Earl Tucker met me outside and saw that I had my auto running because of my dog yet he wanted the sell so bad that he did not tell me anything about the auto shutting down, and then there is the fact that I was going to pay the auto off that day but Mr. Tucker came back with a Russell Frier and he came back with if you fill out this application I could get the trade in, then this crook told me that I wouldn't have a payment for 45 days,but a week later I went to the dealership and golt my payoff information and paid it off that day and found out that if I would have listen to this crook I would have been out over 700 dollars, screw that place, I'll buy another car , just not from them, you shouldn't either.

My wife and I were shopping for a car and had some frustrating experiences at dealerships outside of San Antonio—lots of pressure and attempts to sell us cars we didn’t want. Then we walked into San Antonio Mercedes and met Earl Tucker. Within 15 minutes, he found us a car we genuinely liked. We took it for a test drive, told Earl we still had a few more to look at, and left with absolutely no pressure. We came back on Saturday, and Earl introduced us to the rest of the sales team, which really made us feel like part of the family. During the deal, we also worked with the best sales manager we’ve ever met—Bill Ramsey. The entire experience was smooth, friendly, and even fun. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for our next car!

Javier Perez is an excellent service adviser. It took a while; but since I have been assigned to Javier the stress of getting my car fixed is gone. He answers his phone, if not the first time he calls back! He is professional and knowledgeable, seems to know my car and wants to help me get the most value from it! A real breath of fresh air for me! And, just in time. I learned early on that calling the servie dept would not work. I would call the dealership, get transfered to service and ask; some times beg for the person to stay on the line until a service advisor would answer; these people are busy but so am I. Thanks, Javier From this point on in the evaluaion is pre Javier! Why was there not an opportunity to evaluate the mangement of the service department? I have known Louis Garcia for long time, bought several cars from him, He is a rarea and valued asset to your organization! And walking through the service dept waiting area seeing me and asking me if he could.

Where can you buy a diesel truck with under 100,000 miles for 13,000? Very low-ball offer. Very deceptive and typical of a car dealership. I just did not expect it from a Mercedes dealership.

By far the worst luxury dealership to ever service your vehicle at, management sucks staff is rude and poorly organized! Daniel the service manager might as well be a statue sitting in an office with how useless he is…. Overall never going back, I’d recommend you steer clear of here. Mercedes of boerne is my go to. I suppose being on San Pedro made them think they could be rude to customers.

After waiting for several weeks for a call back I called the service department and asked the young woman to schedule for me so I didn't have to wait for a call back. From then on it was all nice. All employees and service team members went above and beyond too get my loaner car and complete the repairs with excellent customer service. Getting the appointment was my only issue.

Dealership could use a refresher in cidtomer service.
Dealership could use a refresher in cidtomer service. We spent most of the day wondering wgere he was, we had excessive waiting, and he was ill inforned if not misinformed. (Really..it will take 30 days to receive a copy of our sakes receipt?) Finance guy was hurried and got our documents to us 3 days after sale. All in all, the staff seemed frazzled and unfocused. Calls are not returned in a timely manner, and some were never retirned. Just a bit disorganized and not customer focused.
