Javier Perez is an excellent service adviser. It took a while; but since I have been assigned to Javier the stress of getting my car fixed is gone. He answers his phone, if not the first time he calls back! He is professional and knowledgeable, seems to know my car and wants to help me get the most value from it! A real breath of fresh air for me! And, just in time. I learned early on that calling the servie dept would not work. I would call the dealership, get transfered to service and ask; some times beg for the person to stay on the line until a service advisor would answer; these people are busy but so am I. Thanks, Javier From this point on in the evaluaion is pre Javier! Why was there not an opportunity to evaluate the mangement of the service department? I have known Louis Garcia for long time, bought several cars from him, He is a rarea and valued asset to your organization! And walking through the service dept waiting area seeing me and asking me if he could.

Setting the appointment took several calls. After waiting for several weeks for a call back I called the service department and asked the young woman to schedule for me so I didn't have to wait for a call back. From then on it was all nice. All employees and service team members went above and beyond too get my loaner car and complete the repairs with excellent customer service. Getting the appointment was my only issue.

Great experience! I simply called and asked about a particular car that I saw online. 30 minutes later, when I arrived, the car was waiting for me out front and ready to test drive immediately. I loved the car. And my sales person (Earl) took the time to explain the process with no rush or urgency. I love going to dealerships and not feeling pressured. Once I made up my mind, I went forward with the vehicle and the financing crew was also kind, honest about gap insurance and other insurance services that were offered, expedient and thorough. Overall one of my easiest car purchases. Definitely recommend!!!

Purchasing the vehicle was an okay experience but the
Purchasing the vehicle was an okay experience but the issues after have not met my expectations. For example the car only had one key and one was ordered. I was told by the salesman, Earl, that it would only take less than a minute to program. That was not the case when I stopped in to pick up the key. It actually took 45-60 minutes to program the key. On top of that the replacement key was making the blade which the salesman did not notice. Now, still waiting for something that should have been an easy fix.

I put in details of my truck. They send me an estimate of 19-21,000. I go to test drive car and then they say they will only give 13,000 for my truck. Where can you buy a diesel truck with under 100,000 miles for 13,000? Very low-ball offer. Very deceptive and typical of a car dealership. I just did not expect it from a Mercedes dealership.

By far the worst luxury dealership to ever service your vehicle at, management sucks staff is rude and poorly organized! Daniel the service manager might as well be a statue sitting in an office with how useless he is…. Overall never going back, I’d recommend you steer clear of here. Mercedes of boerne is my go to. I suppose being on San Pedro made them think they could be rude to customers.

This was my first time bringing a car to Mercedes dealership. My advisor, Javier Perez, was so helpful and professional. He explained how long it would take and the cost involved up front so I could make a knowledgeable decision on what needed to be done. Communication is very important to me and I was kept up to date on everything. Will definitely be back for the maintenance on my C300.
