Had to bring in my car for a repair issue - I was given an immediate appointment plus accomsted with a last minute need for a car loaner. Thankfully the repair issue was covered by my extended warranty. Luis was courteous and walked me through the purchase of new tires which I was about to purchase elsewhere.
I took my 2017 GLS 550 with 45k miles in for the “B” service and of course they gonna find something else that needs to be corrected. It was an extremely long wait to get the spark plugs replaced and complete the service but I got good customer service and would feel confident that they will take care of my vehicle on my next visit.
Had brake work done. Was quoted $480 for pads but was charged over $600 for them. On top of that, after they finished working on my car the emergency brake light would turn on and off intermittently which made me scared to drive it. I had to have another mechanic fix that. Made a complaint and both Javier Perez and Luis Cotto made good promises to correct the issue but neither came through so I’m out the money and no one will contact me. Since I can’t trust their work or what they say I’m not going back. Unreliable.
Mark was fantastic to work with! He made us feel like we were #1 and patiently worked to get me exactly what I wanted!
I arrived at 1:15pm for a 1:30pm appointment. It should not have taken until 5pm to finish up a simple service and replace 1 tire. I would like to be placed with a different service consultant for any further assistance with my vehicle.

worse sales person i talked to out of all the dealerships. told him i wanted to look at the used EQS, because i some 2023 going for $35K online. he replied with that i would not find one at the low of a price. so we walked to there they used ones were located on the lot. Dealership could use a refresher in cidtomer service. We spent most of the day wondering wgere he was, we had excessive waiting, and he was ill inforned if not misinformed. (Really..it will take 30 days to receive a copy of our sakes receipt?) Finance guy was hurried and got our documents to us 3 days after sale. All in all, the staff seemed frazzled and unfocused. Calls are not returned in a timely manner, and some were never retirned. Just a bit disorganized and not customer focused.

While I’m able to do many items on my own he was able to talk openly with me and explain everything in detail. I will bring my vehicle back again. Hakeem White was probably the best service advisor I have ever had at a dealership. Excellent communication, informed and nice. Walked in pouring rain to check on how much longer my car would take in service. As, I was leaving at 5:45 in the evening, he noticed a bent license plate and repaired and placed matching plate holders on my tags. It is amazing how kindness and communication aids in the waiting game. Excellent job!

My wife and I were shopping for a car and had some frustrating experiences at dealerships outside of San Antonio—lots of pressure and attempts to sell us cars we didn’t want. I purchased a certified used S580. This dealership is the worst I have dealt with. I have purchased from west texas, cutler bay in florida, and mb - Boerne. I do not live in SA but contacted them and tried to get everything set up. Even after doing all of that, it took five hours for them to do the paperwork. Inexcusable.
