The federal tax credit starts at a minimum of $2,500 and can go up to $7,500, depending on the car’s traction battery capacity, MSRP, and gross vehicle weight rating. After April 18, 2023, the government changed the regulations for purchasing or leasing a new EV and the vehicles that qualify for the tax incentive. Starting in 2024, the $7,500 tax credit amounts to getting a discount on the new car for your Alamo Heights garage.
The key to getting the Mercedes-Benz EV tax credit is to lease a new vehicle from us because many of our cars cost more than the $80,000 MSRP threshold to qualify for the entire amount.

Only the Mercedes-Benz EQB is under $80,000 MSRP*, but you can lease any of our EVs to try and receive a discount. So, you can take advantage of the Mercedes-Benz EQS tax credit on this high-end sedan.
