He began his automotive career as a service technician in 1989, the years of technical formality and manufacture training led him to positions in warranty administration, shop management and dealership operations. Jeff is firmly committed to customer service standards of the highest level and is dedicated to building lasting client relationships, He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, camping, and a long list of outdoor activities.

Brian Fricke

Brian was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, moved to San Antonio with his family 10 years ago. After moving to San Antonio, he worked for Enterprise Rent-a-car Company. Through this experience he was able to gain a relationship with the managers and employees of the dealership, and was asked to come to work for Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio in August of 1999. He has worked his way up from starting as greeter, service writer and now is the service manager. Earned the Gold Achievement award from Mercedes-Benz in 2003, and enjoys the opportunity to provide our customers with quality service everyday.

Gary welcomes you to our Service Department. He has been in the automotive industry for more than 29 years, spending most of this time with BMW. Gary feels privileged to be working for such a fine and caring organization. He enjoys working here at Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio; enjoys what he does and most of all enjoys that we as a team are able to take care of your needs in a timely manner. Gary is married to his wife of 27 years and they have three children. Activities he enjoys are camping, going to the beach and for those of you who know him, soccer. Some teams to watch are VFB Stuttgart, Puebla F.C. and of course the Alamo Heights Mules.

Chrissy started with MBofSA four years ago as a cashier and has worked her way up to Service Advisor. Chrissy was born and raised in San Antonio and is a graduate of Judson High School. Chrissy and her husband along with their two dogs enjoy there weekends at the river. Chrissy makes sure to give great customer service with a smile.

Gregg Duppstadt

Gregg has been in the car business for over 32 years in every aspect of the business from Service Valet, Technician, Service Manager, and even Finance Manager. He also served in United States Navy for four years. Gregg likes to spend time with his wife and daughter at home. Gregg likes to make sure that every customer leaves happy and knowledgeable about the investment they have put into their car.

Gary has been in the automobile service industry for over 27 years, spending over 11 years at Northside Ford.  Gary takes pride in his work and values his relationship with all his clients. He  spends his off time with his wife and five children, which keep him pretty busy. Sean is a recent transplant to San Antonio by way of the San Francisco bay area. He tells everyone one that he isn't from here, but he got to San Antonio as fast as he could. Sean has been in the automobile service industry since 1999. Although new to MBofSA, Sean has previously worked for Mercedes-Benz as a service consultant in Marin County, CA. Away from the dealership, he enjoys cooking, and spending time with his family. Sean is devoted to his wife of 12 years and his two sons Jordan and Jake. Sean takes pride in his family and his work. Andrea grew up in San Antonio and just recently moved to the small town of La Vernia. Relatively new to the car business, she started working for Mercedes Benz of San Antonio the summer of 2007 as a cashier, and has worked her way up to writing service. During her free time, she enjoys gardening, camping, being outdoors, and volunteers her time to the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo. Andrea is married to the love of her life and has one son.
