Greg was born and raised in San Antonio. He has been with Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio since 1994. He started out prepping and repairing Mercedes-Benz in our collision center and moved up to an estimator and also managed the collision center for two years. He then moved to our parts department as Parts Manager for seven years and is currently the Service Director. Greg also serves as the Safety and Security Officer for the company. Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons in Rockport fishing during the summer months. Greg looks forward to meeting you whether it is your first time in to Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio or you are one of our current clients.

Brian Fricke

Brian was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, moved to San Antonio with his family 10 years ago. After moving to San Antonio, he worked for Enterprise Rent-a-car Company. Through this experience he was able to gain a relationship with the managers and employees of the dealership, and was asked to come to work for Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio in August of 1999. He has worked his way up from starting as greeter, service writer and now is the service manager. Earned the Gold Achievement award from Mercedes-Benz in 2003, and enjoys the opportunity to provide our customers with quality service everyday.

Gary Sauter

Gary welcomes you to our Service Department. He has been in the automotive industry for more than 29 years, spending most of this time with BMW. Gary feels privileged to be working for such a fine and caring organization. He enjoys working here at Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio; enjoys what he does and most of all enjoys that we as a team are able to take care of your needs in a timely manner. Gary is married to his wife of 27 years and they have three children. Activities he enjoys are camping, going to the beach and for those of you who know him, soccer. Some teams to watch are VFB Stuttgart, Puebla F.C. and of course the Alamo Heights Mules.

Born and raised in San Antonio and is a graduate of John Marshall High School. Daniel has 9 years of service experience with BMW and Mini-Cooper. As a new service representative for Mercedes Benz of San Antonio, Daniel has enjoyed his experiences with great satisfaction and strives to give excellent customer service and enjoys helping our clients.

Eric Urban

Eric was born in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Later moved to Germany where he attended Kaiserslatern American High School. Eric served in the United States Air Force for 6 years as a jet engine Tech and as a Security forces member. Eric has been with Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio for three years and looks forward to providing you with excellent customer service.

Chrissy Schroeder

Chrissy started with MBofSA four years ago as a cashier and has worked her way up to Service Advisor. Chrissy was born and raised in San Antonio and is a graduate of Judson High School. Chrissy and her husband along with their two dogs enjoy there weekends at the river. Chrissy makes sure to give great customer service with a smile.

Gregg Duppstadt

Gregg has been in the car business for over 32 years in every aspect of the business from Service Valet, Technician, Service Manager, and even Finance Manager. He also served in United States Navy for four years. Gregg likes to spend time with his wife and daughter at home. Gregg likes to make sure that every customer leaves happy and knowledgeable about the investment they have put into their car.

Victor has lived in San Antonio for over 30 years and enjoys the San Antonio local community. He has a combined 24 years experience in the auto industry. Victor is a proud to have spent more than 19 years as a member of the Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio staff family. During his long tenure with the dealership, Victor has spent time in both our collision center and parts departments. He understands the importance of the various departments working hand in hand to give the highest customer satisfaction possible. Victor encourages all customers to call him personally for any service work needed for their vehicle.
