Client Care Representative:
Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio is looking for individuals with excellent communication skills to assist in developing and maintaining clients for the Service and Sales departments. Position is based out of our call center. General computer experience is a must.
- High School diploma or the equivalent
- Place outbound calls
- Answer inbound calls
- Ability to collaborate with the public and other dealership personnel
- Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems
Cashier/Accounting:
Multi tasking position involving handling of payments, maintaining accounts, office duties, and building relationships with clients.
- High School diploma or the equivalent
- Reviewing A/R aging report
- Review and post receipts to appropriate aging accounts.
- Ability to collaborate with the public and other dealership personnel
- Ability to code accurately
- Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems and Microsoft Excel software
Techinicians:
The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. He/she also will oversee the work of any apprentice technician assigned to him/her.
- High School diploma or the equivalent
- ASE certification preferred
- Proficient mechanical skills
- Ability to collaborate with the public and other dealership personnel
- Must have valid TX drivers license and maintain safe driving record in order to drive our customers vehicles
- Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems
